This policy offers cover to the insured, during his / her travel abroad, against the losses suffered by them from a host of eventualities viz., cancellation/ curtailment of trips,  missed departure, emergency medical expenses,  personal accident benefits, loss of baggage, delay of baggage etc. This policy is designed to offer a comprehensive protection to travellers from travel related risks.

Emergency medical cover under a standard policy is offered up to  sr. 3,000,000 per person; and the insured person would also get round the clock assistance from our overseas service providers "medex assist" around the world, for any claim related services. 

We offer two plans:

Short term plan: to cover a single trip

Annual plan: to cover any number of your short trips during the entire year. 

Under these plans 3 schemes are offered to suit your needs:

1.       Worldwide (including US and Canada)

2.       Worldwide (excluding US and Canada)

3.       Only for schengen countries

Winter sports cover is available to persons under the age of 65 years

The Shariah Committee of Tawuniya has approved Travel Insurance  to become compliant with Shariah requirements as stated by the honorable committee members. The Committee has approved to Tawuniya launching the said product in the market after the revision and scrutinizing. This reflects the real keenness of Tawuniya to have its products compliant with the Shariah requirements.
