Medical professionals are expected to exercise the highest professional care while providing their services to the patients. Nevertheless, as human error cannot be always eliminated, errors and omissions do creep-in in some cases, leading to claims against the medical professionals for committing malpractice.

The Shariah Committee

The Shariah Committee of Tawuniya has approved Medical Malpractice Insurance  to become compliant with Shariah requirements as stated by the honorable committee members. The Committee has approved to Tawuniya launching the said product in the market after the revision and scrutinizing.
